When booking via our homepage or direct enquiry, we always guarantee you the best price!
All areas in our hotel & restaurant are barrier-free. Two of our Alpine rooms are equipped for wheelchair users.
The rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure
With the reservation confirmation we ask you to transfer the deposit of € 200 per room to our account (free of charge for the recipient).
If you would like to redeem a voucher, please let us know the voucher number when you make your reservation. The reservation is fixed with the voucher number, a further deposit is not necessary.
The discounts apply from two full-paying persons in the room, per child. For the 'Landhauszimmer Komfort' category, the children's discounts already apply for one full-paying person.
0 to 3 years - Free of charge
4 to 8 years - 50 %
9 to 14 years - 25%
from 15 years - 10 %
A surcharge of € 23 per day is charged for single use of the mountain & country house rooms.
If you would like to stay with us for less than three nights, a short stay supplement of € 10 per person per day will be charged.
The local tax will be added on site (from 15 years) per day and per person. (as of 2022: €1.90)
Your faithful four-legged companions are also welcome on request. We charge € 12 per dog per day (without food).
Drinks and food consumed in the restaurant must be paid for directly. Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge the room bill.
Fluffy sauna towels are available for you in the sauna area. We are happy to provide you with a bathrobe for the duration of your stay, which you can obtain from reception.
If you don't want to part with the utensils, you can purchase all items at reception.
A small sacrifice with a big impact - no "lead cleaning" on Sunday.
In this way, we help nature by using water, cleaning agents and energy in a way that conserves resources.
Fresh towels or toilet paper are of course still available if needed.

If for any reason you are unable to make use of your stay in our hotel, we will do our best to rent the room to someone else. If we are unable to find a replacement, the following cancellation conditions apply:
6 weeks to 3 weeks before arrival 40% of the total price is payable
70% of the total price must be paid up to 7 days before arrival
from 6 days before arrival or no-show 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee.
Special cancellation conditions apply to group travel.
